Where Founders Evolve into Future Leaders

TiE NY offers two types of mentoring for entrepreneurs — One-on-One Mentoring and the TiE NY Gotham Collective (TGC) Program. Access to both is available exclusively to TiE NY members.

The TGC Program is a high-impact initiative designed to help early-stage startups evolve into sustainable, scalable ventures. Over an intensive 8-week curriculum, founders gain access to expert mentorship, collaborative peer learning, direct investor feedback, and practical tools to navigate growth-stage challenges.

Guided by accomplished entrepreneurs and industry leaders, the program culminates in a Demo Day, where participants present their ventures to seasoned investors and key ecosystem stakeholders.

How the TGC Mentoring Program Works

Join the TiE New York Gotham Collective (TGC)—a select mastermind of 6–8 driven founders tackling the real challenges of scaling in New York. No preset curriculum, no filler—just candid, tactical problem-solving with peers who get it. If you’re ready to trade generic advice for actionable strategies and a trusted inner circle, this is your seat at the table.
